Silent shuffling technology is a phrase a buyer may encounter, not proof that a moving OKEY mechanism produces no sound. INEAN PLAY is the seller and service coordinator, not the developer of a proprietary noise-cancellation system. Assess the actual model and the room where you intend to use it.

Request a complete recorded cycle

Use an uninterrupted demonstration with the compatible tile set. Ask how far the microphone is from the table and whether music or audio processing has been added. Different phones and recording levels make casual video comparisons unreliable as decibel measurements.

Match expectations to the room

A dedicated club room and a home room next to a bedroom may have different requirements. Consider conversation, nearby rooms and permitted playing hours. Follow the installation instructions and do not put homemade soundproofing inside the cabinet or block openings to change the noise.

Treat a new abnormal sound as a support issue

If the usual cycle develops a scrape, impact or other unusual sound, stop operation and provide the model and a safely recorded example to support. Do not keep restarting or reach into moving components. For current OKEY models, any measured performance claim needs evidence for that exact configuration.
