INEAN PLAY returns, exchanges and refunds
This policy covers tables and accessories bought from INEAN PLAY. Contact service@ineanplay.com or WhatsApp +86 173 7839 0199 with your order number, items and requested remedy. We handle the request directly. This policy does not restrict mandatory rights in your country, including rights for defective goods, cancellation and delivery delays.
Damaged, incorrect or defective goods
Check the delivery when possible and report an issue as soon as reasonably practicable. Photos of the packaging, labels and problem help us investigate, but there is no arbitrary photographic deadline that removes your legal rights. Keep the goods safe and do not continue using unsafe equipment. We arrange the repair, replacement, price reduction or refund required by the circumstances and applicable law, including necessary return costs that are our responsibility.
Changing your mind
Where EU or UK distance-selling withdrawal rights apply, you may notify us of withdrawal within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason, and return them within 14 days after notifying us. Other mandatory local rights remain applicable. You may inspect goods as you would in a shop; any legally permitted deduction for diminished value must reflect handling beyond what was necessary, not an automatic restocking fee. Outside a statutory right, any voluntary change-of-mind return must be agreed in writing before purchase.
Private-label and personalized orders
A statutory change-of-mind exception may apply to goods genuinely made to your specifications or clearly personalized, where the law permits it and the exception was disclosed before purchase. An ordinary stock model, a standard available finish, sea freight or a long lead time does not by itself make an order non-returnable. Personalized goods retain applicable remedies for defects, incorrect supply and non-conformity.
Return transport
Contact us for the correct return destination and safe packing or collection instructions. This does not make our approval a condition for exercising a statutory right. For a lawful change-of-mind return, you pay the direct return cost only where this was properly disclosed before purchase and the law allows it. For tables that cannot be returned by normal post, a destination-specific return-freight estimate must be disclosed before the contract is made if you are to bear that cost. We do not assume a free local return depot, and we bear undisclosed costs where the law requires it.
Cancellations and delivery delays
Ask us promptly to cancel or change an order. We explain its status and any lawful options; charges are not automatic and do not override statutory cancellation rights. If we cannot meet an agreed dispatch date, we notify you, give a revised estimate and obtain consent to any delay or provide cancellation and refund as required by law. Dispatch, ocean transit, customs and final delivery are different stages. Delivery estimates do not waive your rights if goods are delayed or never arrive.
Refunds and exchanges
Refunds use the original payment method unless you expressly agree to another lawful method, without a refund-processing fee. For EU/UK statutory withdrawal, we refund the purchase price and basic outward delivery charge within 14 days of notice; where permitted, we may wait until we receive the goods or evidence of return, whichever is earlier. Any express-delivery upgrade need not be refunded where the law allows. Other refund deadlines and remedies follow applicable law. An exchange depends on availability and your agreement; store credit is not imposed instead of a refund you are entitled to. Business purchases follow their written contract and mandatory law.
