Refund policy

30-day return window

INEAN PLAY accepts eligible return requests within 30 days after delivery. Contact us before sending any item back so we can confirm the return details and provide the correct return instructions.

Returned items must be clean, complete, and in resalable condition with the original parts, accessories, manuals, and packaging materials where reasonably possible.

Return costs and restocking fee

A 20% restocking fee applies to approved returns. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, customs charges, duties, taxes, and carrier fees related to the return shipment. Original shipping charges, destination charges, and carrier services already completed are not refundable unless required by applicable law or unless the return is caused by an INEAN PLAY fulfillment error.

Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected.

Items that cannot be returned

We cannot accept returns for items damaged through misuse, missing key parts, altered, installed in a way that prevents resale, or returned without prior authorization. Custom, private-label, or specially configured bulk orders may have additional return limits confirmed before production.

Warranty support

INEAN automatic OKEY tables and automatic Mahjong tables include a 2-year limited warranty against eligible manufacturing defects under normal use. Warranty service is handled separately from buyer-remorse returns.
