INEAN PLAY supplies automatic OKEY tables, automatic Mahjong tables and compatible accessories. We help you choose a configuration, confirm the complete quotation and delivery plan, and handle your after-sales enquiry.
How do I place an order?
Start on WhatsApp with your model, quantity, game rules and delivery postcode. We confirm the configuration, freight, taxes and estimated schedule in writing before payment. The normal cart and checkout remain available for orders with confirmed delivery details.
How do I pay?
Use the payment options available in checkout or agreed in your written order confirmation. Do not assume that every payment method or shipping destination is supported.
Can I order for a club or in bulk?
For clubs, venues and resellers, we prepare a model-by-model quotation covering quantities, finishes, tile sets, spare parts and delivery. Availability, minimum quantities where applicable, pricing and preparation time are confirmed for your order.
Can I order with my own branding?
Private-label orders are supported. Send your logo, preferred placement, model, quantity and destination. We confirm the available branding options, any minimum quantity, artwork approval, additional cost and preparation time in writing before payment.
What should I do if delivery arrives damaged?
Photograph the packaging, labels and any visible damage before assembly. Keep the packaging and contact INEAN PLAY with your order number, model, photos and videos so we can coordinate the appropriate next step.
Which setup and maintenance instructions apply?
Use the manual for the exact model supplied. Confirm voltage on the equipment label before connecting power. Keep tiles and the playing surface clean and dry; contact support before dismantling electrical parts or using replacement components.
Does it support American Mahjong or my OKEY / Rummy rules?
Do not assume every tile size or rule set is supported. Share your game rules and tile count so we can confirm the machine setup. American Mahjong configurations must be confirmed before ordering.
Is freight included, and when will it arrive?
The displayed amount is the product price. Tables usually ship by sea. Freight, taxes, preparation time and transit estimates depend on the destination and are confirmed in writing before payment.
What is included?
Confirm the table model, tiles, racks, cover and any chairs in your written quote. Items photographed together are not automatically included in the displayed price.
Will these accessories fit my table?
Send your table model and a photo of your current tiles or racks. Confirm dimensions, magnetic requirements and quantity before ordering.
1-year equipment warranty
INEAN PLAY provides a one-year limited equipment warranty from delivery for defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. Contact us for assessment and the appropriate remedy under our warranty policy. Your mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
Contact INEAN PLAY for damaged, incorrect or defective accessories. We handle repair, replacement or refund as required by our returns policy and applicable law. The additional one-year equipment warranty does not limit your statutory rights for accessories.

Default configuration: 220 V / 50 Hz. Confirm the exact model, supply voltage and plug before ordering.
