Define the purchasing brief
Game and operating environment
State OKEY or Mahjong, the intended rules, home or commercial use and any accessibility or room-layout constraints.
Models and quantities
List the model and quantity for each configuration, including standard or folding format, finish, tile sets, racks and spare accessories.
Destination and schedule
Provide the country, city, postcode, delivery address type and target opening or installation date. Tell us about stairs, lifts, loading access and any phased-delivery request.
Plan the configuration before scaling up
Review a representative model
Request the relevant gallery, specifications and a demonstration. A sample order can be discussed with its own price, freight and availability; it is not assumed to be free.
Agree a consistent specification
Confirm the game configuration, power rating, plug, finish and included equipment for every line item. Changes after approval require renewed cost and schedule confirmation.
Coordinate the quantity and shipment
Discuss stock or preparation, consolidation, packaging and any staged supply. Availability, applicable minimum quantities and lead times are confirmed for the actual order.
Private-label and branding orders
Private-label orders are supported. Send the logo artwork you are authorized to use, the intended placement, the selected models, quantities and destination.
Confirm the branding specification
We confirm available branding options, artwork requirements, any minimum quantity, additional charges and preparation time before payment.
Approve the written result
Agree the artwork, colour and placement in writing, and confirm whether a proof or sample is needed. Do not assume that every component or finish can be customized.
Separate standard and customized items
The quotation should identify genuinely personalized items and the applicable cancellation or return terms. Customization does not remove rights concerning defective goods.

Goods and payment
Model, quantity, configuration, included accessories, item prices, customization charges, currency and payment stages.
Freight and destination costs
Shipping method, destination service, customs and tax responsibilities, unloading and final delivery. Product prices are not a fixed worldwide delivered price.
Timing and changes
Expected preparation and transport periods, the basis of those estimates and how delays or order changes will be handled. Sea transit is not a guaranteed arrival date.
Prepare for delivery and ongoing operation
Shipment and receiving records
Confirm the invoice, packing information and available transport documents required for your route, and identify who will receive and inspect the shipment.
Setup and staff handover
Request model-matched operating instructions and demonstration material. Agree any additional installation or training service explicitly; local technicians are not assumed to be included.
Accessories and after-sales
Plan compatible replacement tiles, racks and any quoted spare parts. INEAN PLAY receives support requests under its own warranty and return policies; confirm parts freight, labour and other service responsibilities in the order.
