INEAN PLAY equipment warranty
INEAN PLAY is your contact for this limited commercial warranty. It covers automatic OKEY and Mahjong tables purchased from us for one year from delivery, for defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and the supplied operating instructions. Keep your order confirmation and delivery record.
What we do
Tell us the order number, model, serial number if available, and symptoms. Photos or a short video help us assess the issue; we will discuss another reasonable form of evidence when these are unavailable. We assess the claim and arrange an appropriate repair or replacement. Where repair or replacement is not possible or does not resolve the issue within a reasonable time, we consider a price reduction or refund as required by applicable law.
Costs and safe handling
For a covered defect, the parts and repair work we authorize are provided without charge. We confirm any collection, return transport or local service arrangement in writing before it takes place. Do not commission chargeable third-party work without agreement, except where your legal rights permit it. This is not a blanket promise of on-site service in every country. We do not charge costs that the law requires the seller to bear.
What this additional warranty excludes
Normal wear, cosmetic damage from use, consumables wearing out, misuse, unsuitable power, liquid ingress, accidents, or alteration are excluded only to the extent they caused the reported fault. A repair or modification does not automatically remove coverage for an unrelated defect. Delivery damage, incorrect items and accessory defects are handled under our returns policy and applicable law, not dismissed as ordinary wear.
Your legal rights
This one-year commercial warranty is additional to mandatory consumer rights, not a limit on them. Where EU consumer sales law applies, a minimum two-year legal guarantee for non-conforming goods applies and national law may provide more. Other countries may provide different or longer rights. No term here excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. Business orders are subject to their written contract and mandatory law.

Keep relevant packaging if practicable; missing original packaging alone does not remove statutory remedies. Do not send a heavy table to an unconfirmed address. We provide the return or service instructions for your case.
