This website is operated by INEAN PLAY. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies linked on our store. These terms explain the main purchase, delivery, warranty, and return conditions for INEAN automatic OKEY tables, automatic Mahjong tables, accessories, and related services.
Products, pricing, and availability
We aim to present product information, pricing, images, specifications, and availability accurately. Minor differences in color, packaging, accessories, or specifications may occur when products are updated. We may correct errors, update information, or cancel an order if a listing, price, or availability statement contains a clear mistake.
Orders and payment
Start on WhatsApp with your model, quantity, game rules and delivery postcode. We confirm the configuration, freight, taxes and estimated schedule in writing before payment. The normal cart and checkout remain available for orders with confirmed delivery details. Use the payment options available in checkout or agreed in your written order confirmation. Do not assume that every payment method or shipping destination is supported.
Shipping, duties, returns, and warranty
Shipping charges are not included in product prices unless INEAN PLAY explicitly confirms otherwise in writing. Applicable shipping charges are shown at checkout where available or confirmed before order acceptance.
Import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage charges, and other destination charges are not included in product prices or shipping charges and are the buyer's responsibility unless applicable law requires otherwise.
INEAN PLAY provides a one-year limited equipment warranty from delivery for defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. Contact us for assessment and the appropriate remedy under our warranty policy. Your mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
Contact INEAN PLAY for damaged, incorrect or defective accessories. We handle repair, replacement or refund as required by our returns policy and applicable law. The additional one-year equipment warranty does not limit your statutory rights for accessories.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, INEAN PLAY is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the website, delivery services, or products. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.

For return collection, packaging, carrier booking and any destination-specific charges, contact Frank before dispatch. Frank also receives coordinated return shipments at the address above. Coordination is for safe transport and does not make our approval a condition for exercising statutory rights. No free local return depot or fixed international return rate is implied.
