Return Policy | INEAN PLAY

INEAN PLAY accepts eligible returns within 30 days after delivery. Returned products must be in resalable condition and include the original parts, accessories, and packaging materials where possible.

Return costs and fees

• A 20% restocking fee applies to approved returns.
• The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, customs charges, duties, taxes, and carrier fees related to the return shipment.
• Original shipping charges and destination charges are not refundable unless required by applicable law or unless the return is caused by an INEAN PLAY fulfillment error.

Delivery service note

White glove delivery is not provided. Delivery and return arrangements are handled through standard freight or parcel carrier services available for the destination.

Warranty

All INEAN PLAY products include a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use.
