Automatic table shipping

Free shipping and applicable import duties are included for INEAN automatic OKEY table and automatic Mahjong table orders delivered to European Union member states, Turkey, Azerbaijan, Australia, Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Japan.

Accessory shipping

Accessories ordered without an automatic table have a shipping charge shown at checkout or confirmed with the order. Accessories shipped in the same order with an automatic table are included in the table shipment.

Order preparation

Preparation time depends on product availability, configuration, and quantity. Bulk order preparation targets are: MOQ 5 tables within 7 days, MOQ 20 tables within 14 days, MOQ 80 or more tables within 30 days, and private-label or customized orders of 400 or more tables within 60 days. These are preparation targets before freight pickup, not delivery-time promises.

Freight and final delivery

For delivery addresses outside China, large table orders usually move by sea freight or railway for the first leg, followed by a local logistics provider for final delivery. Arrival time varies by destination address, route, customs clearance, and local carrier scheduling. Shipment or freight updates are shared when available.

Carrier delivery does not automatically include indoor placement, stair carry, unpacking, assembly, installation, or packaging removal. Any additional service must be confirmed in writing before purchase.

Delivery information

Please provide an accurate address, phone number, delivery contact, and any access restrictions. The buyer may need to coordinate delivery appointments, unloading access, or requested customs information with the carrier.
