Shipping charges

Product prices do not include shipping. For destinations supported by our Shopify Markets setup, shipping charges are shown at checkout where available or confirmed in writing before the order is accepted. Rates may vary by destination, quantity, product configuration, access conditions, and carrier service.

Import duties and taxes

Import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage charges, and other destination charges are not included in product prices or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Accessory shipping

Accessories are subject to shipping charges whether ordered separately or together with an automatic table. The applicable charge is shown at checkout where available or confirmed before order acceptance.

Order preparation

For clubs, venues and resellers, we prepare a model-by-model quotation covering quantities, finishes, tile sets, spare parts and delivery. Availability, minimum quantities where applicable, pricing and preparation time are confirmed for your order. Private-label orders are supported. Send your logo, preferred placement, model, quantity and destination. We confirm the available branding options, any minimum quantity, artwork approval, additional cost and preparation time in writing before payment.

Freight and final delivery

The displayed amount is the product price. Tables usually ship by sea. Freight, taxes, preparation time and transit estimates depend on the destination and are confirmed in writing before payment.

Carrier delivery does not automatically include indoor placement, stair carry, unpacking, assembly, installation, or packaging removal. Any additional service must be confirmed in writing before purchase.

Delivery information

Please provide an accurate address, phone number, delivery contact, and any access restrictions. The buyer may need to coordinate delivery appointments, unloading access, customs information, or other destination requirements with the carrier.
