INEAN PLAY

Game Table Support

Get help with your INEAN PLAY order, setup, compatible accessories or a table that is not working as expected. Include the model and order reference so we can identify the correct instructions and next steps.

Manuals and video resources

Read the OKEY manual and general Mahjong maintenance guide on our GitHub, or watch our YouTube videos. Confirm that the instructions match your model and nameplate; our current store warranty policy and mandatory consumer rights take precedence over general documentation.

Before the first game

  1. Inspect the delivery

Photograph the packaging, labels and any visible damage before unpacking. Keep packaging and note delivery exceptions with the carrier where possible.

  2. Position and assemble

Use the supplied model instructions and suitable handling help. Place the table on a stable, level surface; confirm fasteners and any folding locks before use.

  3. Check the power rating

Match the label's voltage and frequency to the local supply and confirm the plug and grounding requirements. If the rating is unclear, keep the machine unplugged and contact us.

  4. Check the tiles and test

Use the confirmed compatible tile set, check that it is complete, clean and dry, then follow the model's first-use instructions. Keep hands clear of moving parts and stop if movement is abnormal.

Routine care

  • Table and tiles

Switch off and unplug before external cleaning. Use a soft cloth and follow the supplied care instructions. Keep liquids, solvents and sprays away from the mechanism and electrical parts.

  • Tile condition

Do not mix unconfirmed sets or use cracked, deformed, wet or heavily worn tiles. Ask us to match replacements to the exact machine and game configuration.

  • Mechanism and storage

Do not force moving parts, bypass safety devices or open electrical assemblies. Store the table dry and use the confirmed folding procedure for folding models.

If something is not working

Stop using the table if there is smoke, a burning smell, liquid ingress, a damaged cable or unusual mechanical movement. Disconnect power only if it is safe to do so; do not restart repeatedly or attempt live electrical repairs.

  • No power or an interrupted cycle

Report the model, label rating, indicators or error message and what happened before the stop. Do not open covers or change wiring to investigate.

  • Tiles not feeding normally

With the machine stopped, record the tile set and visible condition. Do not put fingers or tools into a powered mechanism. Send a short video only if it can be recorded safely.

Damage, warranty and returns

Send the order reference, model or serial number, delivery date, a description, photographs and your current location. Do not publish payment-card information or identity documents in a public message.

  • Delivery damage

Keep packaging and labels while the case is assessed. Report damage promptly so we can review the shipment evidence and appropriate resolution.

  • Warranty or return

Our policies explain coverage, remedies and return arrangements. Equipment warranty is one year from delivery; mandatory rights are not reduced. Contact Frank before arranging return transport to the confirmed return address.
