An automatic OKEY table is a playing table with a mechanism designed to prepare a compatible set of tiles. This guide brings together the checks needed for a complete order. The right choice depends on the game, configuration and intended use, not a claim that every automatic table behaves identically.
Game and program compatibility
State whether you play standard OKEY, 101 OKEY or another variant and describe any house rules. Ask what preparation the selected model performs. Automatic shuffling does not imply automatic scoring or support for every ruleset. Mahjong is a separate product family; do not insert Mahjong tiles into an OKEY machine to test compatibility.
Standard and folding models
Compare standard OKEY frames for a permanent position and folding frames where storage is needed. Measure the room with chairs and clear walkways. Ask separately for folded dimensions and shipping-package dimensions. Wheels do not make a heavy table suitable for stairs or one-person lifting.
Tiles, racks and the operating demonstration
Confirm tile dimensions, complete set composition and included racks against the model. Request an uninterrupted operating demonstration with that set. It can show the sequence and controls, but does not prove a universal cycle time, decibel level, motor lifespan or certified randomness. Check any specific performance claim against actual documentation.
Current price and full delivery cost
Current OKEY product prices are USD 789 for standard configurations and USD 799 for folding configurations. Product price is not the final delivered amount. Freight, customs, taxes, unloading and delivery from a port or depot to the address must be identified in the written offer. Sea-freight departure and final receipt are not the same date.
Setup, maintenance and support
Confirm destination voltage, plug and the model's installation instructions. Use the approved care method; do not modify tiles or open a malfunctioning mechanism. Stop abnormal operation and provide the model and symptoms to support. Equipment warranty is one year under the relevant terms. Local repair visits, parts shipping and response times are not automatically included.
