Compare the complete commercial offer
Separate product price from packing, freight, customs, taxes, unloading, room placement and training where agreed. Current standard/folding OKEY catalogue prices are USD 789/799; any batch-specific terms require a written quotation. Do not assume a percentage discount or free installation from the quantity alone.
Plan receiving and staff handover
Agree the expected number of packages, inspection process and how transport damage should be documented. Keep the packaging and order records for a relevant claim. Assign trained staff to operate and stop each model, count its compatible tiles and report problems. Commercial use and expected daily operation need explicit discussion.
Confirm after-sales responsibilities
Equipment warranty is one year under the applicable terms. Parts dispatch, local visits, labour, transport costs and any substitute equipment must be confirmed separately; they are not automatic benefits of a bulk order. Invented customer earnings or a promised payback period cannot replace these responsibilities.
